Welcome to the Official Nimitz High School Alumni website.
This free website offers an opportunity to dust off those nostalgic memories of
your life at Nimitz High School in Irving, Texas. On this website you can
- Read and post discussion board messages,
- Re-establish contact with lost classmates,
- Send email to other alumni,
- View and upload pictures in the alumni photo album,
- View yearbook senior class photos,
- Post a journal to bring your fellow classmates up to
date,
- Submit news, make a class reunion announcement,
- Update your contact information for class reunions and
other alumni activities.
All Nimitz High School Alumni are encouraged to register
for a free account. NimitzHigh.com is not a revenue website and is owned and
operated by Nimitz High School Alumni Ben Stevens (1985) for the benefit of all
Nimitz High School Alumni.
The purpose of this document is to educate and inform users
of the policies regarding NimitzHigh.com Websites, including how NimitzHigh.com
collects and uses information, and to notify users about the terms and
conditions governing use of NimitzHigh.com Websites.

NimitzHigh.com has ultimate responsibility for the content
of the following sites. These domain names are administered by Nimitz Alumni and
constitute what is hereafter referred to as " NimitzHigh.com Website" or "its
site(s)":
License to Access Website and Services
In consideration for accessing the Website, NimitzHigh.com
grants you a limited license to access and make personal use of the Website.
This license prohibits your downloading (other than page caching) or modifying
any portion of it, except with express, written consent of NimitzHigh.com. Any
unauthorized use automatically terminates the permission or license granted by
NimitzHigh.com and may incur legal liabilities for any damages.
You are granted a limited, revocable, and nonexclusive
right to create a hyperlink to any non-password protected directories, so long
as the link does not portray NimitzHigh.com in a false, misleading, derogatory,
or otherwise offensive matter. You may not use any of NimitzHigh.com’s
proprietary graphics or trademarks as part of the link without express written
permission.
Non-Human Visitors
Non-Human Visitors include, but are not limited to, web
spiders, bots, indexers, robots, crawlers, harvesters, or any other computer
programs designed to access, read, compile or gather content from the Website
automatically. Non-Human Visitors are expressly forbidden at the site.
Furthermore, email addresses on this site are considered
proprietary intellectual property of the author of the Website. It is recognized
that these email addresses are provided for human visitors alone, and have value
in part because they are accessible only to said human visitors. By continuing
to access the NimitzHigh.com Website, You acknowledge and agree that each email
address the Website contains has a value not less than US $50 derived from their
relative secrecy. You further agree that the compilation, storage, and potential
distribution of these addresses by Non-Human Visitors substantially diminish the
value of these addresses. Intentional collection, harvesting, gathering, or
storing email addresses by Non-Human Visitors is recognized under this agreement
as a violation of this agreement and expressly prohibited.
Any Non-Human Visitors to the Website shall be considered
agents of the individual(s) who control or author them. These individuals shall
ultimately be responsible for the behavior of their Non-Human Visitor agents and
are liable for violations of these Conditions of Use, including compensation of
$50 per e-mail address extracted and any consequential or incidental damages to
NimitzHigh.com or third parties using the site(s).

albums, etc., are intended to encourage participation and public debate. We
encourage freedom of speech and a marketplace of ideas, but by using these areas
of the NimitzHigh.com Website, you are participating in a community that is
intended for all our users. NimitzHigh.com cannot and does not monitor all of
the material posted or transmitted by users and third party information

violates the security of the Nimitz Alumni, or any services, system

accessible through NimitzHigh.com or affiliated or linked sites.
- "Flames" any individual or entity (e.g., sends
repeated messages related to another user and/or makes derogatory or
offensive comments about another individual), or repeats prior posting of
the same message under multiple threads or subjects.
